You own
The intellectual property in the design, plus brand, market, pricing, distribution, device registration and the technical file.
Original design manufacturing
Most of what leaves this workshop carries somebody else's logo. That is not a side business — it is the arrangement we are built for.
What you get
We do the design work and the manufacturing. You bring the market, the clinical relationships and the commercial risk.
You own
The intellectual property in the design, plus brand, market, pricing, distribution, device registration and the technical file.
We own
Circuit design, firmware, mechanical design, assembly, functional test and build quality.
We share
The specification, the test plan and the schedule — all three in writing, under NDA where you need one.
That is a different deal from a contract manufacturer, who needs you to arrive with a finished design, and from a design consultancy, who hands you a folder and wishes you luck. We do both ends — so there is nobody to point at when the first batch behaves differently from the prototype.
Where we sit
How it runs
We start from what the device has to do, not from a circuit. Output modes, power envelope, accessories, the market it ships into. You sign it off before anything is designed.
Signed specification
Schematic, PCB layout, RF output stage, control firmware, front panel and enclosure — reviewed against your specification at each stage rather than presented at the end.
Schematics · PCB · Firmware
Working units on your bench early, while changes are still cheap. We expect the first build to teach us something, and we price for that.
Functional units · Test results
Assembly, functional test and finished goods in your packaging with your branding. Batch sizes to suit your order book rather than our convenience.
Finished goods · Records
Straight answer
Panacea Intec is a design and manufacturing partner. We do not hold device registrations and are not the legal manufacturer of record. The licence, the market authorisation and the technical file sit with you.
For most brands we work with, that is exactly the arrangement they want. If you need a partner who can put a device on the market in their own name, we are not that partner — and we will say so on the first call rather than the fifth.
A specification, a competitor's datasheet, or a paragraph describing what the device has to do.
