Most of what we build carries a customer's brand and a confidentiality agreement. These are anonymised on purpose — the same discretion applies to your project.

They asked for a cheaper copy. They got a better machine — for less.

A customer arrived with a competitor's dental cautery unit and a two-word brief: cheaper, lighter. What left the workshop was a metal-bodied machine with more power, a new controller and a wireless footpedal — and it cost twenty percent less than the box they brought in.

Every change above landed while the cost went down, not up. That is the whole engineering argument: the savings from taking parts out more than paid for putting better ones in.

A dental brand arrived with a competitor's cautery unit and asked for it cheaper. It left as a different machine.

Detect a vehicle impact reliably enough to place an emergency call automatically, without firing on potholes and speed breakers.

Remove the cable from a cautery handpiece without losing the power or the control the surgeon expects.

Why it reads like this

Discretion is the default.

Every project above is real and none of them names a customer. That is the arrangement most of our customers need — and the reason they can put their brand on something we built.

A device brand’s advantage is that the market believes the product is theirs. Publishing a client list would sell that advantage for a line on our website.

It is also why you will not find product photographs anywhere on this site. The finished units are our customers’ products, usually before they are ready to show them. That restraint is the service, not an oversight.

What we will share on a call

  • Technical detail on how a comparable problem was solved
  • What went wrong first, and what the fix cost
  • A reference, where that customer has agreed to give one
  • Units on the bench, if you visit
